What a pleasure! This Sauvignon Blanc takes you to exotic places with its very clean exuberant, rich, ripe bouquet of grapefruit, apricot, peach, honeydew and more. Delicious.
In the mouth the wine has a nice, refreshing and fruity presence and continues being creamy and rich. The finish, very long, is refreshing and complex due to the mature fruit flavors.
Chateau Potelle Sauvignon Blanc is so versatile that we see customers enjoying it before dinner with almost any kind of appetizer, shellfish, fish, chicken, pasta and goat cheese (it loves goat cheese!!).
